When you create a new user you are asked to provide a login name for them. As the system covers many schools, your users will also need to add a 4-character school code to this login name when they log in. For instance, if you create a user with a login of jsmith and your school code is 1234, they will need to enter jsmith1234 as their login to access the system.
The administrator logins for GCSE Science do not give you any access to the content. To view the content available you must create a teacher user in the system and then log in using those details.
The following specification is the minimum required to access the GCSE Science content:

Audio: sound Card (soundblaster equivalent)
Graphics: Flash 7 and later, DirectX 9 compatible integrated video chip with 128Mb Ram, 64Mb DirectX 9 compatible standalone graphics card preferred
Browsers: Windows 98SE and higher - IE6, Firefox 1.0.6
Broadband Connection: 2 Mbps internet connection
Neither the Macintosh or Linux Operating system are supported at present, only the versions of Windows mentioned in the minimum specification will be supported.
It may be that the .csv file you created is not in the correct format for the system to use. Try importing again, but uncheck the 'ignore errors' tickbox to see a full description of possible errors in your file.
